A friend of mine wants reassuring. She has a ticket to West Hampstead Thameslink. However we have had to divert to Waterloo. She just wants to know if she can use her ticket to exit the Jubilee line platforms at West Hampstead instead? It is a return from Chichester

If she’s needs to know now, it’s probably best to ask at the ticket office or tube station before entering… (sorry if that’s obvious!)
There might also be a 2-letter ‘restriction code’ on the ticket — if she looks that up that might help.
if there’s a cross on the ticket like this, ✠ or †, then it’s valid for a connecting journey by tube
