We'll leave Day 2 open a few hours more given the very late start, but in the meanwhile here's Friday's quiz to start getting your teeth into: Identify these four locations, which is the odd one out and why (click for a larger version) The locations are identified according to the diagram below:

A - High Barnet
Is the connection Northern Line termini?
I'll take a punt on Edgware for B.

C is a subsurface (district line?) train viewed through the inter-carriage barriers of an adjacent central line train. (The ‘sharks teeth’ that passengers climbed out on in the Holland Park incident).
Could this be Ealing Broadway?

Location A - High Barnet station - from end of platform walkway. Location A: High Barnet - platform 1 buffers and overrun [Chris M] (click for a larger version) I'll take a punt on Edgware for B. location B - West Ruislip station - Ticket Hall Location B: West Ruislip - ticket hall in April 2024 [Chris M] (click for a larger version) Location C looks like Walthamstow Central C is a subsurface (district line?) train viewed through the inter-carriage barriers of an adjacent central line train. (The ‘sharks teeth’ that passengers climbed out on in the Holland Park incident). Could this be Ealing Broadway? Location C - Ealing Broadway station from Central line platform between intercar barriers at District line platform Location C: Ealing Broadway - S stock viewed through 92 stock [Chris M] (click for a larger version) D - Battersea Power Station Location D - Battersea Power Station Station Location D: Battersea Power Station - corner of canopy [Chris M] (click for a larger version) Is the connection Northern Line termini? They are all single line terminus stations, except Ealing Broadway which has two terminus lines and one through running. So C is the odd one out. The connection is related to them being termini, but that's as close as you've got to the link we're looking for. Ealing Broadway is not the odd one out.

Is the odd one out Battersea Power Station, the only location in zone one and the only location with platforms that are underground?

BPS the only one built initially by/for LUL/Tube? Or BPS the only 21st century one? Or silliest name!
