There was a suspension between Dagenham East and Upminster this morning, so assuming the incident was at Upminster depot.
Does anyone have any more details (avoiding speculation as per forum rules).

T115 22.06 departure from Upminster depot, first bogie derailed at outlet on catch points. Incorrect procedure followed.

No outstabling required, 51Rd remained operational for stabling and entry.
The derailment however shorted a traction section within the depot, preventing the use of some roads, with trains occupying them.
