I’m confused over the Mile End closure this weekend:
The Six Month Look Ahead PDF says Sun 7th Apr, while the TFL website is saying it’s closed all weekend!
Which one is true, and what’s the reason for the closure this weekend?

Closed in connection with rail grinding works on the Central Line this weekend

Closed in connection with rail grinding works on the Central Line this weekend So I assume both Saturday and Sunday if that’s the case?

Mile End is closed on Sunday 7th April 2024 Ok! Thanks for the clarification! Don’t why the TFL website is saying Sat 6th Apr as well!

There’s a poster at Embankment station saying that:
The Central line has a part closure Saturday and Sunday (this includes Mile End station)
In addition, District and H&C trains will not stop at Mile End on Sunday

TfL website now corrected to show MIE [Mile End] closed only on Sunday. District and Hammersmith & City line services will call at the station on Saturday.

Yup, here's the poster: I think the station closures page on TfL's website (a different page to the one xtmw referred to) is slightly incorrect - it implies use the Central line to get to Mile End on Sunday, but that will be closed according to the above poster. I would report this but don't know how and am about to start work
