According to TfL’s website, the Hammersmith & City and Circle line platforms are closed at Paddington. This is due to flooding caused by heavy rain The TfL Go app also says this but doesn’t say which line has the problem! (In case that sounds like a moan, I do find it a very helpful app)

As no one has answered after 14 hours, could you clarify which lines you are talking about?
The HC & C only have one pair of platforms, which they don’t share with any other line.

I suppose the 'Go app' (whatever that is) just says 'Paddington', leaving the traveller to work out whether it's Praed Street or the other lot.

Paddington (suburban) Circle/H&C station was closed at 14.57 until 17.18 due to the stairs becoming wet and slippery due to heavy rain. Other parts of Paddington station remained open.
