While the two RATs are converted back to passenger use, until 8 February TTN15/24 operates, which cancels T333 M-Th AM from Cockfosters depot and T360 M-Th PM from Northfields depot. On Fridays AM T150 is cancelled from Northfields depot and Friday PM T360 from Cockfosters depot.

So where do the three trains displaced from Northfields west end spend their nights?

still 26 starters from Northfields in both WTT61 and WTT62. I can only find a difference of 2, moved from west to east departure.

The third is the Uxbridge out-stabler (347), now starting from Cockfosters Depot.

Has the new WTT been introduced as the TfL website is still showing WTT61?

I refuse to believe that the Picc is currently running to any timetable version at all. Current provisions on the Uxbridge branch seem to be 2tph, at any rate, because they all get mysteriously cancelled.

Having issues with trains that have flatted wheels or other defects preventing them from running, and the ongoing driver shortage. This morning's declaration was 40 trains cancelled.

I assume you mean 40 timetabled trips trips cancelled during the day - which I guess is something like 5 trains or 10 drivers missing.

Still no trace of the new WTT 62 posted on the TfL website (and also missing the Central TTN)... I'd be happy to e-mail them to ask, but I can't find an e-mail address anywhere...
