I recognise the fractal background but I haven't a clue about the location although I am thinking Northern line so let's have a wild stab at Golders Green though it might just as easily be West Finchley or several other sites that I haven't been near or by in more than 15 years!

Yep Thats Mill Hill East Station, served by the Northern Line.
To the left of it is the waste place where they keep all the Household Waste Collection Wagons.

Background = image of mapping of this: z->z2 + c. No idea how far in though.
Take a number, multiply itself and and add the original number.

I've never been to Mill Hill East but seen lots of photos of it! I wonder how safe the line is now the service has been altered?
