District, Circle plus H&C all currently (pm 22/9/23) experiencing severe delays with faulty trains around East Ham. Does anyone have a sharable insight in to what has transpired?

1425 trackside radio equipment failure at East Ham, services suspended Plaistow-Barking, 68min delay.
This was additional to the person on track incident at Earl’s Court in the morning, which suspended District and Circle for 65mins
