I think there must be a few of those buffer stops around. Ealing Broadway, Tower Hill and Putney Bridge have them IIRC. But none of them are bright green! Is the colour photshopped?

I was going to say Mansion House too, but these things are common on the District. I've seen it at Putney Bridge road 2 as well! Mansion House +1
