For some reason I could swear it was Tower Gateway DLR. The DMU could perhaps be at Windsor & Eton?

The first thing that came to me was Poplar! It appears to be a class 153 (155?) in the middle picture-er Ely?

I don't want it to be Poplar, it feels wrong, but I think I'm going to have to +1... The other option in mind is Custom House... but not so sure about it...

Looks a bit like Blackwall to me but I don't recall seeing adjacent staircases there.
Not sure about the other bit.

pgb was first in again on PM, correctly spotting Poplar, stairs from westbound platform. The inset is Lincoln Central Station (again correctly spotted by pgb) as taken from Platform 5 looking East toward Platform 4, taken by myself.
