Although the Museum site mentions Open Days take place three times a year there are no dates shown for this year. Does anybody know why they are only showing two hour tours?

Having left the museum in 2018, I can't list definitively all of the factors as to why this is the case. It is worth remembering however that Sam Mullins' departure from the museum is fairly imminent. There are also other factors ongoing at the museum which I won't list, but may be contributing towards a lack of Open Weekends being listed in the form they used to take.

The first Acton Depot open weekend of the year has just taken place over 24th - 26th March. The other two will probably be in July and September.

14th April Edition of LTM Life lists the next Depot Open Weekend. Friday 16th - Sunday 18th June (mods feel free to delete if you think a listing in LTM Life should not be in the public domain)

Thanks for your replies. I note that 16th to 18th June is now shown on the web site, with "Full programme to be announced soon."

Usually, when is the full programme released? I want to visit, but I'm not sure what time/day to book in case I miss out on anything.
