I don't know why but 3554 still has the number box thingy at the front which means it must have been a MK1 but on a different photo from 2011 it is not there. Can anyone explain because this is really confusing.
I cant get any photos at this point in time.

3554 is a Mk2 unit,probably has had a 67/Mk 1 M door fitted at some point.

Yeah only the MK1s have the rubber door window coatings.

Yes I agree it’s probably spare from a 1972 Mk1 or 1967 stock car. Plenty of spares were kept after the Victoria Line fleet replacement doors and all.
The ex mk1 saloon doors were changed several years ago to be top hung so the door seals on the curved glass were added then.
