Does the shunting neck opposite the platforms have a number or is it just plain old shunting neck. TIA

The only layout improvements promised by the old PPP were additional platforms at Oakwood and Cockfosters. I always presumed the west shunting neck would get connected to the main and have a platform for detrainment of stabling trains. This is no longer mentioned as part of the Picc Upgrade.
