Tricky one this! Has to look of a sub-surface station but with the starter on the wall (maybe co-acting) or a wrong road reverser. I'm going to say Hatton Cross -Westbound platform trailing end!

H123 - Signal WY9 (Co-Acting) Yep I agree with that even though I have not been near or by since I last tested the frame there in 2004. Only T123 on the Picc has red relay room doors and that could not be the east end of the station !
