I see it has the same anomaly as the recent Met line Car Line Diagrams. Amersham and Harrow both got their lifts commissioned fairly recently elevating them to wheelchair symbols, but the 'Street to Platform one is shown even though there is compliant level access to S stock trains as well. They only have Manual Boarding Ramps (MBRs)for Chiltern trains. Whichever way you look at it, it's anomalous because the same applies at Chalfont and Chorleywood which are shown with the 'Street to Train' symbol and also only have MBRs for Chiltern trains. Chesham is correctly 'Street to Platform' because the designated wheelchair doorways have wide gaps to the curved platform.
