A bit of this goes back to the concept of making frequent passenger announcements when things aren't moving, although my recent experiences suggest some t/ops no longer bother.
Shouldn't be the case. The PA announcement guidelines (30 seconds in tunnel, 90 seconds at a platform) are being monitored, anyone found not meeting the standard is issued with a letter and questioned as to what happened. |
