Dont think so - the signal head is the wrong type.
I'm wondering if it's the wrong road starter from the WB at Earl's Court, albiet reversed.

That's got a backboard - and the one on the headwall there has been a repeater since 1984!

I'm now wondering if it's somewhere in the city - like Barbican Outer Rail?

It's got me stumped, I would've said Acton Town or Northfields westbound fast or Hammersmith before the refurb of the late 80s because it has the feel of that kind of station to it but I think the signal head is wrong, I'm sure all the starters are at track level, either that or one used to get missed on my maintenance round :-)

I would say you have cracked it between you. My sheet says Kings Cross - Eastbound starter on inner rail Circle, as taken by MRFS42
