Fuuny how the Met times are being slowed in the ATC area but the other SSR timings are being improved in ATC areas. More sitting about at Baker St 2 & 3 coming back I suspect.

Was it really worth issuing WTT343 for just two months?

Glad that its reflecting actual running times more closely.
I have noticed that more recently, Met line trains have started to crawl again between Wembley Park and Finchley Road in the AM peak. This was the case pre covid and I could understand due to how packed trains were and therefore longer dwell times at stations from Finchley onwards. However, post covid until around early 2022, trains were flying through this section and it was much quicker, clearly due to far fewer people travelling. The trains still aren't that packed in the morning AM to a level pre covid so I cant understand why its become slow again in that section. Is the met running too many trains which aren't needed?
Note that after Finchley road, there is no crawling or noticeable delay and it is very quick which I imagine is due to the new signalling in place going south. If that's the case, then the new signalling system really need to be come into use south of Harrow on the Hill ASAP.
I usually get on between 7.30 and 8 from north of Harrow so can see how busy trains are

Initially the new signalling system isn’t going to help speeds as the change over point is Wembley Park NB and Preston Road SB from my understanding. Preston Road changeover on the SB is on both local and fast lines meaning a physical stop to enable the switch over. Don’t ask…..

It's Preston Road both NB and SB. The migration point was chosen so that it was away from any complex interlockings - Preston Road was really the only option bearing in mind how close Northwick Park is to Harrow.

As long as the new system is in place South of Preston road, I think that will solve the crawling issue quite significantly.
What date is the new system due to come into place on the met, at least south of preston road??
Also just thinking, in particular for trains using the fast line, the migration point is at a spot where trains are travelling in excess of 60mph alot of the time. What happens if a driver forgets to stop?

What happens if a driver forgets to stop? Early 2024 for SMA 8. Three trainstops will prevent access beyond the boundary.

The Met has a significantly large interworked section with Circle. The new WTTs incorporate the final section of Circle becoming TBTC. Then the Picc works at South Harrow got done, so that affects the Met on Pic/Met interworked section, so that caused another new WTT for the Met. Of course the original plan was for the new WTTs due to TBTC coming online to align with South Harrow Sidings completion works. But best laid plans, etc. I suspect with the TBTC sections coming to the Met and further works at South Harrow to be integrated, I doubt this will be the last time that the Met has multiple WTT revisions in quick succession.

Is there a handy list anywhere of start and end dates for each WTT?
