That was my first thought but I'm not so sure as several stations were built with that feature on that type of brick staircase. I suppose the question is whether the stairs are up to the track or up from the track. The giveaway might be the repositioned handrail, but I think unless one has been there recently one would have to perm one out of several and I can't even do that although there is a certain familiarity, I'm wondering if it might be a Met site but I've not been North of Preston Road for many a year.

South Harrow definately has these seats, as does Ruislip Manor, off the top of my head.
Rusilip Manor then.

Ruislip manor; they removed the yellow from the handrails against the wall. If you look at the handrail on the right of the photo, it is not the original; the replacement which at first glance looks identical, is not. The brass supports are angled, whereas on all the other rails, including the one on the other side of the same stairway, the supports are more rounded at the base. Maybe my OCD is kicking in but it annoys me everytime I see it!

Quite a few with the correct answer, Ruislip Manor - Stairs to westbound platform.
