Does anyone know who voiced the platform announcements (the train now approaching/the next train at.....) on the shared section with LO? At present its the usual LO style woman who makes the announcement, but what was before this i.e. before London Overground took over.

Were there automated announcements in the Silverlink days before LO took over? Did they actually exist? I do not remember. |

Have a feeling there may not have been any. I am sure the other lines in which LO took over from Silverlink did have them though, but perhaps the Watford DC did not

The current voice artist is Emma Hignett (The London bus announcer, as well as the 378 LO, 345 and 710 announcer). However prior to her I have no idea unfortunately.
