I'm not sure, based on TFL's journey planner, if this is operating in a regular fashion.
If it is, the results from the journey planner are verging on the nonsensical.
This is their suggestion for King's Cross Underground to Battersea Power Station Underground:
Step 1
DepartKing's Cross St. Pancras at 13:07viaTransfer to King's Cross St. Pancras
Transfer to King's Cross St. PancrasJourney time:5 min
Step 2
DepartKing's Cross St. Pancras Underground Station at 13:12viaVictoria line to Victoria
Victoria line to VictoriaJourney time:8 min View stops
Step 3
DepartLondon Victoria Rail Station at 13:30viaSouthern to Battersea Park
Southern to Battersea ParkJourney time:4 min
Step 4
DepartBattersea Park Rail Station at 13:34viaWalk to Battersea Power Station Underground Station
Walk to Battersea Power Station Underground StationJourney time:9 min View directions
Arrive atBattersea Power Station Underground Station at 13:43Battersea Power Station Underground Station
And this is from Nine Elms Underground Station:
Step 1
DepartNine Elms Underground Station at 12:59viaTransfer to Nine Elms Underground Station
Transfer to Nine Elms Underground StationJourney time:4 min
Step 2
DepartNine Elms Underground Station at 13:03viaNorthern line to Battersea Power Station

Step 3
DepartBattersea Power Station Underground Station at 13:06viaWalk to Battersea Power Station Underground Station
Walk to Battersea Power Station Underground StationJourney time:5 min
Arrive atBattersea Power Station Underground Station at 13:11Battersea Power Station Underground Station
If you ask for a route from Hammersmith you get something sensible, but if you ask for a route from Goldhawk Road, it suggests going to Hammersmith, but then suggests getting a bus from Sloane Square to Battersea Park, and then walking for nine minutes to get to the underground station.
If it is, the results from the journey planner are verging on the nonsensical.
