Problem with the Kennington loop?

At about 20:25 last night, 22 points failed to reverse. This was rectified about an hour later by the intervention of signalling technicians. However they failed again this morning and a defective part was replaced and was successfully tested just prior to 06:00. Train service needed to recover as a result plus there were a few cancellations due to the unavailability of Train Operators.
