It looks like a former NSE run station, with that fading red, now pink paintwork. Perhaps somewhere out East on the District. It's odd that only the area around the window has been treated with anti-graf paint, perhaps the station has had some brickwork uncovered recently.

That does look very much like faded NSE red. The sun is behind the photographer because of the shadows. I'm curious as to why the camera top right is perpendicular to the direction of the platform; if indeed it is? If not then the platform might be an island. What about Gunnersbury? (Apologies if this is way out; im not that familier with the district!)
