It could be the 'ladies waiting room' at Woodford, the one that leads to the ladies toilets on the island platform. For Wembley Park aren't the seats the wrong way round, I remember sitting parallel to the tracks facing a help point... with doors each side of me. Unless it's a different waiting room!

Ok it's not Wembley Park... but I'm fairly sure it's not Woodford either. I'm looking at the reflections at first I saw the digger and some glass panelling (in a JLE sort of style) but it's actually green tarpaulin type stuff round a fence (looks like building work or something on a two-storey building in the background there). This means it's appears to be a single Island platform with sidings alongside. Stanmore seems to have the relevant bits in roughly the right locations (from googles aerial pics)

I think this could be the smallest waiting room on the combine. I certainly don't recall seeing anything smaller - one of the reasons I took this photo!

Looks more like it could be a T/Ops waiting room. Most places now have such a room where they have pickups outside.
