This is a work of art right here. I've managed to deduce where this from a couple of subtle clues in the image but I've sent in a PM so that everyone else can continue to puzzle over this question as they admire it.

Today's location is the approach to Kilburn from the west. Metropolitan and Jubilee Lines Between Willesden Green and Kilburn - view looking South from Mapesbury Road - Towards Kilburn Station with 96084 in the Platform ready to depart North. Mapesbury Road is the nearest overbridge to Kilburn, Lydford Road is nearer to Willesden Green. So photo location not exactly correct.
