What exactly IS 'Hybrid timber'? A cross between Oak and Pine? I think they mean that the building is a hybrid (possibly timber and concrete - obviously glass), rather than the timber itself. It would be interesting to know if any cross laminate engineered timbre does use different woods to take advantage of their different properties.
