A is Harold Wood while C is St. James Street. I think I know what the link and odd one out are but since the other two are my pictures, I'll hold off for now in case it gives away what they are.

My original guess for the link/odd one out is the same as what johnlinford said in which case my second guess is that Royal Victoria is the odd one out as it's the only girl's name of the four. As an aside, I find it funny how those 2 pictures of mine got used on the same question because of their closeness and similar names. For the record, I actually took them about 8 months apart (Feb & Oct 2019 respectively).
