Can't be - there's no sharp curve north of Canons Park, and the line is at ground level just south of Stanmore and then ascends onto an embankment north of Canons Park.
Besides, there aren't many three-aspect signal housings left on the Stanmore branch. I think this photo is closer Stanmore Junction, north of Wembley Park.

That does remind me of somewhere on the Jubilee between Stanmore and Wembley Park, from the time I "drove" the simulator at Neasden.
