How about signals LW22, LW28 at Epping?
I don't think it's Ongar as there's no disc under a main stick in the yellow peril that I'm reading.

I agree with those who say the flames are from the oil refinery fire.

These are too hard for me I worked on the platforms at EAB for quite a while, and now T/Op on the District (in fact I left from p7 today) and still did not have a clue! Maybe I am just not observant enough

Cant be Ongar as the platform there never had a yellow line drawn on it. Ongar closed just before common sense did...
The background isn't Turnham Green or Richmond or somewhere about there is it? I only suggest that to keep with the district theme.

To be fair to you, there are not many times you will have seen it surrounded by parkland with flames through the arch (incidentally set up this question and did the photo editing before the recent fire).
