Track fault at Gospel Oak

For the last few days, trains have been suspended between Upper Holloway and Gospel Oak, due to a "track fault at Gospel Oak". Presumably the issue in a nutshell is that Network Rail don't have the part in stock and, until the part is available, trains can't run? Does anyone know what the issue is in slightly more detail?
