Obviously the end of a line (or terminating platform)... If not Ealing... how about New Cross (pure guess)

It is New Cross; I'm fairly sure I've got an almost identical photo - although I didn't take this one; I suspect the hand of Chris M in this when we went for a bit of a grice round the system.

The photo is definitely not of Richmond; IIRC there are no LU-style diamond stopping marks in the four-foot.
