Green Park, in the passage from the Piccadilly Line stairwell hallways to the Victoria Line.
The gate above is one of the few crowd-control gates I've ever seen installed on the Underground - when is it used?

Err.........when the station gets crowded......Camden has several gates, rarely used though. Gates J are at the H/wall on platform 4.

I've never seen the gates in use and never heard of any event near Green Park that might require their use...

Answer
This is Green Park, well done Seth. More specifically it is at the end of the passage from the Victoria Line to the Piccadilly Line (I don't think I've done the opposite interchange, but I presume its the same route).
I presume the gate will be closed most weekday evenings at the moment as the Victoria Line is closing early for the upgrade work.
