Well done TOK - this is the westbound Piccadilly Line platform at Gloucester Road. I didn't make a note of where on the platform it is though!

I said it was near the platform midpoint because of the dark green blocks on the left side of the image - they form a surround around the original platform-to-platform passages, some of which are blocked off. One of the passages near the platform midpoint has a Way Out cartouche next to it, and I recognized it when the image was posted.
