From what I remember (I took the picture on the 2nd of April) they would need a ladder as it is well over head height. At least until they close the ticket office, I'd have thought that someone would notice some chavs with a ladder - and even then they'd have to be pretty stupid to try and nick something so close to a CCTV camera!
