Buried in the TfL Board Papers this month is news of a scheme to provide step free access to the Northern line at Waterloo (p63), partly paid for by the project to replace Elizabeth House.
This is obviously good news, though it surprising there is is no plan to include the northbound Bakerloo platform which is right next to the Northern line. This would be the last remaining non-accessible platform in the station as the southbound is already step free via a ramp.

This image shows the two platforms aren't at the same level. Still could be done with an intermediate level, ie -4, 0, 19.5, 21.3m below street level.
