It reminds me of the passageway between the Piccadilly and Victoria lines at Green Park.

Well done pgb, this is Green Park. The photograph is actually of the wall immediately before the final set of stairs onto the Piccadilly Line platforms. I arrived here after interchanging from the Vic, but I think you would also get from the Jubilee and/or surface.
