First time I've answered anything in these quizzes, but I have always viewed them.
However, on looking in on yesterday's quiz I had to glance at the calendar and think "We're not in July already are we?" ;D
I take it that was the deliberate mistake? ;D

+1 (somewhere around 7.30-8.00 am on a weekday by any chance?)
[this would be partly why that when I am commuting from parentals to locations south of London in the morning I leave before 7 even though i don't neccesarily start work till lunchtime]

Answer:
Tubeboy has it spot on, this is looking west along the eastbound platform at Loughton.
This was taken at about 13:25 on Monday 18th December 2006, but I think there was some sort of disruption on the line as there was a shuttle service running between Epping and Loughton (at least on some trains) where you had to change for Central London
