Hi members. Can anyone help me.
How easy is it to add a zone to an annual travel card. I’ve tried calling, but is this the only way to do it. I’m 2 months in and I’ve moved. How do they work out how much it costs. Can this be done online? Thanks in advance

It’s technically very simple but I don’t know where would still do it. A London Overground ticket office maybe?
It’s a handful of keystrokes on the Ticket Office Machine, and will just charge the relevant difference.
Not sure if a Visitor Centre would do this;, they certainly have the ability, as do all stations (although it is unlikely that post-Fit for the Future staff will know how as it isn’t officially allowed).
Closing ticket offices had many benefits. Sadly this is one of the cases where something simple has become significantly harder by not retaining any.

At Croxley, there's just the one entrance, and the on-site staff member might be easily found in the office, or very occasionally helping someone in the foyer.
Now, with the window on the "public" side of the gateline having been blocked, it's difficult to attract the individual's attention - you have to lean over the barrier and shout/wave. When the gates are locked open you know you're not going to find them...
