The 90s Tube stock and the rural looking station would point toward the extreme ends of the Central or Northern, or possibly Stanmore end of the Jubilee This is the limit of my knowledge, since I've never ridden the Jubilee and the furthest I've been on the other two is Colindale in 1984.

I was on the right lines then, The platform has been lowered so its somewhere on the Barnet Branch.

High Barnet.
I may be wrong but the ramps down to the platform on that section are there when the platform was lowered to take tube stock instead of LNER mainline stock. Northern Line Barnet Branch it would be then.

Oh yes, High Barnet it is! Photographer is standing on platform 1 with the LNER signalbox behind the camera.
