C is where the NLL goes under the Met/Jub lines at West Hampstead. D looks like it could be the approach to Gospel Oak junction. I suspect the link has something to do with the NLL (though I'm not quite sure exactly what).

Are these places (near) where the Underground goes over the Overground? In which case the last example will be Whitechapel station/

You have three of the locations and some of the link: Location B: Between Gunnersbury Junction and South Acton Junction - Bollo Lane level crossing from east [Chris M] (click for a larger version) Location C: Between Brondesbury and West Hampstead (NLL) and between Kilburn and West Hampstead (Jubilee) - Met and Jubilee bridge over NLL viewed from Iverson Road in January 2018 [Chris M] (click for a larger version) Location D: Between Gospel Oak and Hampstead Heath - view west from footbridge to Constantine Road [Chris M] (click for a larger version) The link is related to the North London Line, and it is related to crossing the Overground, but you're not close enough yet. The 5th in the set is not Whitechapel.
