I've just found a tube map from the 1990s online at mandromara.weebly.com/uploads/7/5/0/3/7503106/__tube_map.pdf - it has the Waterloo & City line as part of the Underground so it cannot be earlier than April 1994, and Mornington Crescent is still closed so it must be before April 1998 but I've not been able to date it more precisely than that yet. Possible clues are: JLE under construction North London line shown Thameslink between Kentish Town, Moorgate, London Bridge and Elephant & Castle shown Northern City Line between Highbury & Islington and Moorgate shown West Brompton closed Saturdays and Sundays No H&C service beyond Whitechapel early morning and late evening or all day Sunday Cannon Street closed after 20:45 during the week and all weekend Temple closed on Sundays Drayton Park shown without any line. No note about Piccadilly line at Turnham Green

Matches exactly with my November 1996 map, except that “Folder 11.96” is missing from the bottom right corner.
Later editions, from August 1997, have the North Woolwich branch drawn differently and added Turnham Green note/diamond. Also the Piccadilly and Metropolitan Lines are separated by white between Uxbridge-Rayners Lane (As has reoccurred in 2019!)
The earlier July 1996 edition shows Piccadilly Line to Uxbridge, Hammersmith & City to Barking and Olympia as hatched lines.

Sadly not, as indicated earlier the hatched Lines ended in July 1996. As Travelcard zone maps wouldn’t show the BR lines, this looks like January 1995. (November 1995 King’s Cross St Pancras (Northern) is closed)
