I agree, I'm quite sure it's Fulham Broadway.

Fulham Broadway, next to what used to be the old gateline and ticket hall, which has now been converted to TGI Fridays.

Fulham Broadway, next to what used to be the old gateline and ticket hall, which has now been converted to TGI Fridays. Exactly. This area now acts as a bridge between the two platforms, although for some reason it is quite often closed off - anyone know why?

That bridge was originally taken out of use when the new ticket hall was commissioned, owing to weaknesses being found in the structure.
I don't know if that is still the case, but I suspect it has a lot to do with it.

Answer:
Well done, this is the southern wall at Fulham Broadway. I didn't know the bridge was sometimes closed - it was open when I was there in the afternoon off-peak to take this photograph.

The only time the bridge is closed is when Chelsea play at home and the "OMG FOOTBALL GAME" ticket hall is open. I always wondered why, and now that I know that the bridge is weak, it makes perfect sense given the crowds.

Many if not most station structures have parts which fail to satisfy LU's own standard for structural loading. The most onerous aspect is the 2 tonne cable drum load sitting on 300mm x 300mm contact area.
