Can new users please remember to refer to the welcome email they were sent upon successful application? In it there is a very well marked out and reasonable request (in bold type) from the administration and moderation teams for the user to make an introduction of a few words about themselves before plunging headlong into posting on the general boards. We've had quite a few lately who've either not read the email at all or have chosen to ignore its contents, and that is rather irritating to say the least, we've even had one who managed to 'like' their own inaugural post...... . It's good manners and protocol to introduce yourself prior to posting and we would like to see this adhered to going forward. 👍

As it's been a while since the above was posted, a quick reminder is in order as there have been numerous applications approved recently, with very few introductions.
I don't need to repeat what is said in whistlekiller2000 's post above, but please, if you are new, don't be a stranger and introduce yourself!
