Appologies for the late arrival of today's (one part) question, I'll leave it open until tomorrow afternoon if you need it, although my guess is that this wont be the most difficult question of the month (but then I thought the Cockfosters one wouldn't be difficult...). First time I saw this, I thought Aldgate looking north, except the roof's too narrow ... so I'm going to go for somewhere on the western end of the inner circle... it's certainly familiar.

Answer:Well done TOK and Julian G, this is looking at the north side of the northern bridge over the District and Circle tracks at Paddington (Praed Street), on the route between the LU ticket office under the mainline station and the westbound/inner rail platform. (click for the full-size version)
