Something is saying Highbury & Islington for some reason, or Kings Cross. As to when, was it one of the weekends there was a part closure on the line?

Well, the picture was definitely taken before July 2005, as there aren't any of those "keep your luggage with you" stickers visible inside the 1967TS.

Is that a RND (red nose day) sticker in the saloon window? Trying to remember what year they were affixed?
I must say, this scene looks very quiet.
Anyway, Walthamstow is my guess.

It was the BIR HAIR DAY one. I think it was the year before that the C Stocks had Red Noses applied to the front of the trains. Was 2003 the last year of doing stuff for Red Nose Day? Maybe TfL don't like it!
