This reminds me of South Harrow station, but I can't say why.

I'm almost positive thats not South Harrow, there's more steps and their not curved. however, I can't offer any suggestion as to where this is.

How about Sudbury Town? These could be the stairs leading up from the westbound platform to the footbridge.

It looks like a station that has just been done up (going by the newer vertical speaker or the right and the new looking black sign.)
Plus it looks pretty clean, which one up that neck of the woods have just been refurbished....?

Still nobody has the correct answer, nobody has even got close geographically! This is the exit from the subway under the road that leads directly to the booking office at Cockfosters. TOK - you need to brush up on your knowledge of the northern end of the Picc as this is the second time I've beaten you here
