B = Leyton Midland Road
Edit: I'm now not so sure that this is Leyton Midland Road. The road opposite doesn't look right for Coopers Lane, and the stairs from the platform look too close to the main road.

B & C are both Silver Street. (B is the southbound side, C is the northbound side.)

Answer: Location A: Between Shoreditch High Street and Whitechapel - bridge GE19 from West Anglia lines [Chris M] (click for a larger version) Location B: Silver Street - stairs from southbound to exit [Chris M] (click for a larger version) Location C: Silver Street - stairs to northbound platform [ Deep Level ] (click for a larger version) That just leaves the two insets to find.
