We're looking at the upper level hallway that runs across the rear of the ticket hall from the Pancras Road/Euston Road intersection crosswalk and will eventually afford low-level access to St. Pancras and the MML platforms.

yup, there was picture a few months back of the Eurostar arches...
it is actually quite tasteful that area and not too clinical and bright like some parts.

Bingo. Spot on - that's even a more accurate description than I was going to give for the answer! The only thing you didn't mention that I was going to is that the exit behind the camera is the one currently signed for St Pancras. |
