No, it's somewhere in the upper level of the KXStP SSL ticket hall.

We're looking at the upper level hallway that runs across the rear of the ticket hall from the Pancras Road/Euston Road intersection crosswalk and will eventually afford low-level access to St. Pancras and the MML platforms.

yup, there was picture a few months back of the Eurostar arches...
it is actually quite tasteful that area and not too clinical and bright like some parts.

Bingo. Spot on - that's even a more accurate description than I was going to give for the answer! The only thing you didn't mention that I was going to is that the exit behind the camera is the one currently signed for St Pancras.
