A Sunday with no closures whatsoever seems very unusual. Is it because it is 11th November or is there some other reason?

A Sunday with no closures whatsoever seems very unusual. Is it because it is 11th November or is there some other reason? This has been the case on Remembrance Sunday for a few years now. - on Sunday 12 November 2017: the MET was suspended Wembley Park-Aldgate before 09.30 and after 21.00. - on Sunday 13 November 2016: Bakerloo Line no service between Queen’s Park and Harrow & Wealdstone; Circle and Hammersmith & City Lines No service between Edgware Road and Hammersmith. - on Sunday 8 November 2015: Circle and Hammersmith & City Lines No service between Hammersmith and Edgware Road. - on Sunday 9 November 2014: Central Line No service between Woodford and Epping. - on Sunday 10 November 2013: District Line No service between Turnham Green and Ealing Broadway; Piccadilly Line No service between Hammersmith and Osterley/Ealing Common and between Rayners Lane and Uxbridge; Northern Line No service between Kennington and Morden. - on Sunday 11 November 2012: Piccadilly Line No service between Wood Green and Cockfosters. - on Sunday 13 November 2011: Circle Line No service between Baker Street and Hammersmith/High Street Kensington; District Line No service between High Street Kensington and Edgware Road. Trains will not stop at Parsons Green; Hammersmith & City Line No service between Royal Oak and Barking. Central Line No service between Loughton and Epping; Piccadilly Line No service between Acton Town and Heathrow Terminals 4 and 5; Northern Line No service between Camden Town and Kennington via Bank.
