The brickwork reminds me of the GER stations on the Hainault loop, but the picture frames remind me of 1930s Holdenesque advert frames.
It may also be an LT&SR station - Upminster has a wall with bricks that colour, but I know it isn't Upminster because the bricks are nowhere near that dirty.
